About Airtree Ventures
Founded in 2014, Airtree Ventures was born from the belief that founders could build world-class businesses. Airtree Ventures is a venture capital firm with $1.3 billion funds under management, and a portfolio of more than 100 fast-growing and category-defining technology companies in Australia and New Zealand. As one of the largest and most active early-stage investors in Australia and New Zealand, Airtree Venture’s portfolio includes, Canva, Employment Hero, Go1, Pet Circle and Linktree.
Our investment
Australian Retirement Trust (ART) has invested in Airtree Ventures since 2016. As one of its first institutional investors, our investment has helped to grow and develop its portfolio as a high-performing venture capital firm. Partnering with high-quality managers in private equity is critical, as the difference in performance between top and bottom quartile managers can be vast – Airtree Ventures is one of ART’s top 10 managers in our private equity portfolio.
