Australian Retirement Trust and AvSuper sign MoU to merge

Australian Retirement Trust (ART) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AvSuper on 13 February 2023.

The two funds will now commence a comprehensive due diligence process, and any potential merger will only progress if both funds determine that doing so would be in each of their members’ best interests.

In the meantime, our focus remains on providing the best possible retirement outcomes for our more than 2.2 million members across Australia.

AvSuper has more than 5,300 members and $2 billion in FUM.
