How do I update a client's personal details?

If your client needs to change the bank account details we hold on file, you can generate a Change of details form, available through Adviser Online in the 'Non-Digital Form Library'. Your client can also login via Member Online or they can contact the Call Centre.

To change personal details such as address, email, phone number, your client will need to use the Change of details form, available through Adviser Online in the 'Non-Digital Form Library'. Your client can also login via Member Online or they can contact the Call Centre.

How to submit transactions for Non-Digital Forms

For non-digital forms, you can either add these forms after you have completed the digital forms, or alternatively, download from the "Non-Digital Form Library", and complete them.

Once your client has approved and signed the form(s), you can securely upload them via the "Submit Forms" function.
