We apologise for our technology outage

Last week we experienced intermittent technology outages.

For some of you this meant a delay in receiving your fortnightly income and pension payment last week, and getting your money into your account was our top priority. All income payments were processed and paid within 36 hours, and we’re very sorry about the impact this had for you.

Behind the scenes and around the clock our teams have worked hard and our online systems are now functioning correctly. Thank you for your patience over this time.

We’re keeping the regulator (APRA) updated and we will continue to keep you updated and informed.
